Due to the enthusiastic response the DataOnDemand (DOD) lab has received at our annual conferences, we’re taking it online! DOD is an application that lets you conduct your own analyses of CUPA-HR survey data any time you want and as often as you want, using peer comparison groups that you create. During this hands-on lab, you’ll work with CUPA-HR’s research team to delve into DOD’s capabilities. Novice users will discover why DOD is an indispensable tool for benchmarking salaries, diversity and equity. More experienced users will find ways to use DOD to make informed strategic decisions for your campus. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and get direct individual guidance in every aspect of DOD. Registrants are required to have access to at least one of our DOD subscriptions.
