Add Yourself to Your Organization's Roster

To Take Advantage of Member Benefits, You Must Affiliate Your Account With Your Institution or Organization — Here's How

CUPA-HR membership is organization-based. Each employee at that organization who wants to take advantage of CUPA-HR member benefits must be sure their CUPA-HR account is linked with their member organization.

Do You Already Have a CUPA-HR Account?

  1. Visit My Account
  2. Select My Affiliations from the menu on the left.
  3. Select Add Affiliation.
  4. Search for your organization by name.
  5. If the organization exists in CUPA-HR’s membership database, it will appear below the search box. Select Add Affiliation.
  6. After successfully adding yourself to your organization’s roster, you will be returned to the My Affiliations page of your CUPA-HR profile. From this point, you should be able to access your organization's CUPA-HR member benefits when you log in!

Do You Need to Create a CUPA-HR Account?

  1. Begin at Create My Account
  2. Complete the required fields to build your CUPA-HR Account.
  3. Select Create Account.
  4. From the menu on the left, select My Affiliations.
  5. Select Add Affiliation.
  6. Search for your organization by name.
  7. If the organization exists in CUPA-HR’s membership database, it will appear below the search box. Select Add Affiliation.
  8. After successfully adding yourself to your organization’s roster, you will be returned to the My Affiliations page of your CUPA-HR profile. From this point, you should be able to access your organization's CUPA-HR member benefits when you log in!
