How to Post or Edit Your JobLine Ad

After you have purchased your JobLine ad, follow these instructions to post the open position. Be sure to log in using the email address used to purchase your ad.

1. Go to the Manage JobLine Postings page.
2. Click the Edit button and fill out the employer and position details, including the URL to apply and contact information.
3. Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
4. Click Save to save your progress.
5. When you are ready to post the job, navigate to the top of the editing page and click Post Job Listing. This starts the 30-day clock for the listing.

Need to make a change to your post? You can change the information in your ad at any time during the 30 days the job listing is active. From the Manage JobLine Postings page, choose Edit, make your updates and click Save. That's all there is to it!

Your listing will automatically be hidden from the job-seeker page 30 days after you post it.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the advertising organization to collect a screenshot/electronic proof of the Jobline listing while the post is active. CUPA-HR does not have the means to accommodate requests for proof of advertising beyond order confirmation details and upload instructions.
