Heather Butterfield, Assistant Vice President for Human Resources at St. Norbert College, to Serve as the Chair of CUPA-HR’s Midwest Region Board of Directors

Heather Butterfield, assistant vice president for human resources at St. Norbert College, will serve as chair of the Midwest Region board of directors of the College and University Professional Association for Human Resources (CUPA-HR) for the 2024-25 fiscal year. She will begin her term on July 1.

Butterfield has served on CUPA-HR’s Midwest Region board for two years. Prior to that, she was an active member of the CUPA-HR Wisconsin Chapter board of directors for four years, including a term as president. She has been a member of the association’s Research Advisory Committee and was selected to participate in the 2017-18 Ignite program cohort (formerly Wildfire).
