We’re looking forward to seeing you at the ALP this year. Please review carefully details related to planning your trip.
Flying to Omaha
ALP attendees will book their own air travel to Omaha Airport (OMA). To help CUPA-HR manage costs by purchasing tickets at lower fares, we recommend that you check flight prices on sites such as Expedia or Google Flights and purchase at least four weeks before your departure date. CUPA-HR will reimburse round-trip, main cabin airfare up to $550. Expenses that exceed that amount, as well as any baggage and airport parking expenses, should be covered by your chapter or institution. Before you book your flight, be sure to:
- Complete your ALP registration.
- Take note of your designated arrival and departure dates noted below and in your registration confirmation email.
CUPA-HR has arranged for a discount on flights booked through Delta (although you may use any airline you wish). To take advantage of the discount, book your flight on the Delta Airlines website and enter Meeting Code NY3NA during the booking process. Please note, using the code may limit available flight options. To be reimbursed for airfare, follow the instructions on the reimbursement page.

CUPA-HR strives to meet the needs of all participants. Please indicate special accommodations needed, including dietary restrictions, on the registration form. A member of the national office staff may contact you if additional information is required.
Conference dress is casual. Pack a light sweater or jacket; hotel meeting rooms tend to be chilly. Be sure to pack exercise wear if you plan to attend the optional group fitness activities.
Self-parking at the hotel is $18/day. Valet parking is $29/day. CUPA-HR does not reimburse parking expenses.
